When I was a child, I lived in a countryside which was far away from cities. At that time, Spring was a flower seasin, a dream season and the life marine. When spring came upon us, we could breathe the most fresh air and natures showed its own beauty with flowers blooming everywhere. Trees started budding and birds sang beautiful songs. The grasses were woken up by birds, pushing up out of the ground. All of those pictured a wonderful spring season. However, it is just a sweet memory for me now.
After twenty years, I live in a big city, but all what I see are busy people and rumbling traffic. It is the same in four seasons. What’s worse, the air is not clean or fresh any more, instead, many cities are shrouded in a pollution haze. Who stole our spring ? Nobody can give us a clear answer, though everybody knows it .
To nature, human beings are only a small part of the world. We can’t sacrifize our environment as costs to develop economy. We have to think about our next generation and lasting development.
